Legal Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle the certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates of De Heus Group in Vietnam.
• Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
• Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation in accordance with the instructions of manager.
• Preserves all legal documents.
• Research and update the new regulations.
• Others as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal, especially in FDI enterprises.
• Have solid knowledge in enterprise law, business law.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Pay attention to details.
• Hard-working, enthusiastic, truthful.
• Good at English in both writing and speaking skills.
