Junior Project Manager - Food Project Tay Ninh

Job Description:

• Project design: concept, basic, detailed, and construction.
• Prepare long list, prequalify to short list of contractor/ vendor for project. 
• Collecting quotations for budgeting.
• Prepare and manage the budget.
• Prepare a business proposal, plan, and execute the project to seek approval.
• Prepare the necessary permits for project construction.
• Organize bidding for the project's packages.
• Organize and execute the project according to the approved design, budget, and timeline.
• Inspect and accept the project and hand it over to the operations team.
• Update and monitor the budget and payment plan.
• Manage the signed contracts of the project.
• Manage the project's completion permits.
• Update budget reports and payment plans as requested by the Business Unit and the Corporation.
• Conduct market research and evaluate strategic partners related to project implementation.
• Coordinate with the legal department to prepare contracts/agreements/legal documents for the project.
• Others as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Finance/Economics, Marketing, International Business.
• No need experience in Project Management.
• Coordination skill, stakeholder management skill.
• Strong learning agility.
• Detailed, good at tracking and monitoring work progress.
• Can have an overview of current progress. 
• Flexible working style, can cope with pressures.
• Communication, persuasiveness, organisational Skills.
• Analytical skills, visionary, focus on change, proactivity.
• Proficiency in English.
• The job requires flexibility and may involve informal as well as formal 
  meetings outside of regular working hours.
