Legal Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle applications to obtain permits certificates, licenses of De Heus Vietnam and affiliates, branches, subsidairies of De Heus Group in Vietnam
• Draft, review and consult the transactions, agreements in the scope of delegation.
• Recognize the legal risks and provide solutions to control and mitigate the risks.
• Support to solve disputes, complaints or legal proceeding of litigation in accordance with the instructions of manager
• Research and update the new regulations.
• Others as assigned by supervisor.
• Preserves all legal documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with major in Law, Prefer graduated from UEL or ULAW.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in legal in-house.
• Prefer experiences in agriculture sector, manufacturing field.
• Hard-working, enthusiastic, truthful
• Ability to work independently, teamwork and effective time management.
• Careful, pay attention to details, concernstration.
• Good at English in both writing and speaking skills
