Senior Marketing Supervisor
Green Chicken is a fast-growing food company based in Vietnam and is a company of De Heus, a major multinational animal nutrition company. The Strategic Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and strengthening the position of Green Chicken’s products and brands in the market to drive commercial growth. This is done through conducting thorough market research, developing marketing plans, organizing and assessing the impact of go-to-market initiatives. Furthermore, the Strategic Marketing Specialist will also support internal communication activities to facilitate employee engagement within Green Chicken in connection with De Heus.

Job Description:
- Collect data on the animal protein market: consumption, trends, distribution channels, competition…and translate these data into recognizable customers segments with potential related size/profit and accessibility opportunities.
- Conduct other market and competitive research, as well as market share and trade analysis to uncover market opportunities and to address business issues.
- Build marketing strategies as a part of the bigger go-to-market strategy. Coordinate and execute marketing activities in collaboration with the sales department to strengthen Green Chicken’s product and brand positioning in the market to drive commercial growth.
- Product marketing- partner with sales, product management and marketing operations to develop, launch and monitor new products and concept in the market.
- Coordinate and executing internal communication activities in order to create a stronger company culture, boost mission alignment across all levels of the organization and ultimately improve employee and customer satisfaction.
- Handle all other duties as assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in international business administration/ Strategic Management or related education
- A minimum 3 years of experience in similar role. Experience in FMCG.
- Trainee/ leadership program MNC (multi-nationals’ company) FMCG from Vietnam
- Strategic thinker, analytical abilities, structure, high energy, pro-active, fluent in Vietnamese and English,
- Able to work independently, supportive towards team members, hands-on mentality.
