- Make monthly calculation of sales incentives for all salesmen cross country.
- Complete monthly payroll for employees.
- Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
- Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month prior 30th.
- Submit monthly report (manpower) to Head of Compensation & Benefit or other reports related to manpower whenever required.
- Make payment to Social Insurance authority.
- Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Department.
- Make payment to Tax authority.
- Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly.
- Report enrollment / resignation / change to the insurance company.
- Participate to renew the annual policy.
- Support employees in claim process and documents required.
- Coordinate with HRBP commercial for Sales incentive policy.
- Analysis cost to company for proposal salary package for target groups as requested.
- Assist to make annual salary survey.
- Update the job evaluation for all jobs in company.
- Assist to make data of employees’ performance review.
- Participant in set up HRMS system.
- Provide the documents and data requested by the internal and external auditor.
- Monthly reporting on headcount and personnel cost.
- Ad-hoc reporting related to headcount and cost to company as requested.
- Assist all activities related to HR or company events.
- Other duties as assigned by C&B manager / HRM / HRD.
- BA Degree of relevant expertise.
- 5 years of experience in C&B, especially directly calculate payroll.
- Good knowledge of Labor Code and P.I.T.
- Experience in HR Business Partner for production/sales is the priority.
- Experience in customization of HRM software is the priority.
- Good customer service, interpersonal skills, team working, logical thinking, and time management.
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English.
- Professional in MS. Excel with analytical ability.
- Willing to learn.
- Hard working.
- Vietnamese & Intermediate level in English.
